A one-hour, live recording of Bill Dudley's searing Irish drama.
Directed by Elysa Marden, the nine-member cast brings the studio audience to West Ireland in the hard years of the Great Hunger. World music percussionist Rex Benincasa creates and performs live sound effects, violinist Rebecca Weiner composes and plays the original music, and singer Jennifer Marshall sings the title song. Chip Cristarella is the audio engineer.
