Stage Shadows, Inc., "Radio Like You’ve Never Seen It!”™, completes its third season of live audio theatre recordings at the Museum of Television & Radio on Friday evening, June 30th, 2000 from 7 until 8PM, with the live recording of Anthony P. Pennino’s play, City of Shadows: Victor, the fourth in his City of Shadows series created for Stage Shadows, Inc. Directed by Robert Kilbridge and engineered by Adrian Cosentini, Mr. Pennino takes the audience to Vichy, France in World War II and to the story of Victor, his lover Anne, and his rival and protector Paul as Victor’s life intertwines with those of Resistance leader Jean Moulin, Gertrude Stein, and the sacrifices and special terrors of a time haunted by the barbarism of Klaus Barbie and the Third Reich.

Rex Benincasa, world music percussionist, has specially designed and will perform live sound for the production. Dayle Vander Sande and Ethan Yankowitz provide live music.

Featured in ...Victor are actors Justin Lewis, Philip S. Goodman, Laurence Drozd, Deborah Thomas, Jo Benincasa, Jeremy Johnson, Alex Roe, George McGrath and Terry Ashe-Croft.
